Wages and tuition/fee remission - e.g. late or incorrect pay, non-payment of top-ups/supplemental wages, incorrect step placement, not receiving AR merit reviews/raises; Misclassification - e.g. Tutors being asked to perform TA work without appropriate compensation, ARs having years of experience ignored when salaries are calculated, GSRs not receiving wage increases or benefits; or any other workplace issues

Mold, pests, or infestations in a common area or a resident assistant's (RA) room; Broken heaters in a common area or an RA's room; Peeling paint (can be a lead hazard); Faulty weather protection in a common area or an RA's room; Expired elevator permits, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment; Raw sewage; Missing or nonfunctional Automated External Defibrillators (AED); Unsanitary or unsafe conditions in the dining commons, etc.

Responding to a Residential Code of Conduct Complaint (ASUC Student Advocate's Office)
Possession or consumption of drugs/alcohol, Disorderly behavior, Disruptive activities, Failure to Comply, Furnishing false information, Violations of the guest policy, Noise complaints, Throwing objects, Unauthorized pets, Unapproved appliances, Vandalism & damage, etc.
Filing a Grievance (e.g. against a fellow resident or against residential staff) (ASUC Student Advocate's Office)
Sexual misconduct; Hate crimes, discrimination, or abuse on the basis of any other protected characteristics; Domestic violence; Stalking; Bullying; Hazing; Disabled Student's Program (DSP) accommodations; etc.
